Getting a visa or anything related might be time consuming and a bit hard, but with Rob's help everything was smooth and flawless! He is an expert in his field! I do recommend to look no further and seek for his assistance. My wife has now got her spouse visa and our worries have disappeared!

Rob was fantastic in every step to helping me and my partner with our unmarried visa application. He was clear and concise and understood our circumstances and situation from the very first call. Rob helped us with a step by step guide of how the process would work and what we required at each stage, this gave us a lot of confidence knowing that we were preparing ourselves for the application. We were delighted when we received our accepted application and without Rob's guidance and help it would have made the situation a lot more stressful and difficult. I would definitely recommend Rob to anyone for his personable style and calm demeanour, he was fantastic for us. Thanks Rob!

I am extremely impressed with Rob Suddrey knowledge of immigration/spouse visa application. He handle my spouse case with great skills and secured a fantastic outcome. Rob doesn't leave any stone unturned. One time I told him that, the documents he asked for is too much. He looked at me and said, I want to make sure when this application is submitted, the only time you will hear from the visa office will be your spouse to go and collect her visa. And that is exactly what happened, to my surprise going for the standard one which the waiting time is 12 weeks but we received their email in the 6 weeks. Thanks Rob, I will always recommend family and friends you.

I and my husband had the pleasure of working with Rob Suddrey during a very important time of our life, and I can confidently say that his expertise, professionalism, and dedication made all the difference in our immigration case. From our very first consultation, Rob took the time to understand our unique situation in detail. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the immigration process, clearly explaining each step and what to expect along the way. What truly stood out was his honesty—he never overpromised, but was reassuring and confident, which gave us a great deal of peace of mind. Throughout the process, communication was prompt and clear. Any questions we had no matter how small were answered thoroughly. Rob made sure that every document was correctly prepared and submitted on time, leaving no room for error. Thanks to Rob’s hard work and attention to detail, our application was successful. We’re extremely grateful for his support and highly recommend him to anyone navigating the complexities of immigration law. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares and will go the extra mile for your case, look no further. Moses/Ruth

Rob was absolutely fantastic in helping my Hungarian partner get her fiancée visa. He was extremely calm and reassuring throughout what will always be a stressful situation. He explained the entire process during our video consultation and what was required for the visa. We had three video calls whereby we went through the application together. Due to our circumstances there were extra requirements, mainly the financial requirements, which we would have had no idea about if it were not for Rob and his advice. He explained time frames, costs and was on hand if anything came up which we were unsure about. I could not recommend his services highly enough. We have had my partners fiancée visa accepted and can now get married in the UK this year! Thank you Rob!

We are very pleased with Rob's professionalism, expertise, empathy, and diligence. From our initial consultation, it was evident that Rob had a profound understanding of the UK's immigration system, coupled with the ability to translate complex legal concepts into clear, actionable advice. He took the time to thoroughly understand my mom's case, elucidating the potential pathways and pitfalls with clarity. The meticulous preparation of my mom's documents reflected a high standard and work ethic that I believe is a testament to Rob's commitment to clients' success. Perhaps most important was Rob's genuine compassion in different aspects of immigration proceedings went beyond legal requirements. This empathy, combined with an unwavering ethical stance, fostered a trust invaluable to my mom during a period filled with uncertainty. The case took longer than expected understandably due to the huge influx of Afghan and Ukrainian refugee issues. However, Rob handled my mom's case with perseverance, patience, professionalism, and multiple follow up with the Home Office. Fortunately, all these efforts just paid off and my mom is granted ILR. I highly recommend working with Rob.

It was ABC Above & Beyond that assisted with my partner's successful Settlement Visa application two and a half years ago. This time, we turned to ABC and Rob once again when applying for Further Leave to Remain, which has also been successful. We are very pleased with the service provided; it's such a complex system full of pitfalls but Rob explained everything clearly and reassured us throughout. The biggest compliment that I can pay Rob is that it is obvious that he understands and empathises with the human side of each case. For my family and I, this has meant the joy of simply being able to live together in the UK.

I am a British Citizen living overseas for many years, married to Chinese BNO passport holder and had previously registered our two children as British Subjects. In a move back to the U.K. I had thought it would be easy to apply for a five year resident permit for my wife to become a British Citizen. Together in Hong Kong we made an application. We were shocked to find the visa had been refused because we had not submitted appropriate documents and there was no guidance available from the Consulate. We became very nervous about the whole process and fell back on professional advice from Robert Suddrey. We are very pleased that we did so. Robert saw us flawlessly through the whole process in a calm professional manner and was at the same time very emotionally supportive. We heartily recommend Robert as an Adviser for Visa, Immigration and Naturalisation issues.

Mr. Rob helped me a lot with my immigration status he charged me around 800 pounds and in 2-3weeks I have received email from HomeOffice that I have been granted unlimited leave to remain status in the UK I wish I knew Mr. Rob before because my previous solicitors that were located in London were just trenching a time and ripping money of me at the end they asked me almost 6.000 just for there job and letters and saying that they even may say no in the Home Office for some reason but it means that they wouldn't even do it good job and charge me still a lots of money when Mr. Rob on the other hand was always helpfully replying to all my questions in 2-3 h.gab reply . giving me suggestions and helping me if i didn't knew something is very good solicitor and will Churg u fairly for his job i would even say cheap to compare to some bad solicitors' who just located in good companies .

A superb service from UKISS! When I started the leave to remain process with another immigration legal service 2.5 years ago, I found the procedure truly terrible, confusing and had to constantly prompt and remind the lawyers. Therefore when it came time for this renewal for my wife and stepson, I was highly sceptical. I could not have been more wrong with UKISS! Rob and Naomi are truly remarkable people who provide a highly personalised, reliable, candidly honest and excellent service. I am immensely grateful to them both and very sincerely recommend them in the highest manner possible to those trying to navigate the UK Visa and Immigration process. Very well done Rob and Naomi; my family are sincerely indebted to you both for your professionalism, honesty, flexibility and friendship.
